Government-funded programs must treat all citizens equally without regard to race, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, age, or economic status. Both the public and private sector should commit to employing a workforce that reflects the rich tapestry of our nation, and employees should earn equal pay for equal work, regardless of their identity.
